It’s 7:30 and you still have to make dinner.
Who hasn’t been there… meeting ran late, traffic was a joke or the game went into overtime. Unless you’ve got the Rockefeller’s budget, you can’t eat out every night – plus it’s just not nearly as healthy as eating at home.
But who wants to spend an hour and a half in the kitchen when you’re already getting home late? Not this girl, that’s for sure. We turned to some friends for inspiration and if you’re looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes, we think these recipes will make for some really happy campers!!
Michelle at A Dish of Daily Life always has amazing recipes on her site and with 3 kids active in sports, if anyone knows about families on the go, it’s Michelle. Here are two recipes from Michelle –
Jenny over at Honey and Birch shares two recipes that can be made in under 30 minutes.. how’s that for when the clock is ticking closer to bedtime?
Christine at A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventure offers a familiar and comfortable recipe but instead of ground beef, she uses ground turkey in her Sloppy Joe! Trust us – the kids will never notice the lighter, healthier swap!
Huge shout out to Michelle, Jenny and Christine for letting us share these fabulous recipes with us.. make sure you pin them and save them for a day that you just don’t have time to spend in the kitchen!
