It’s 7:30 and you still have to make dinner.

Who hasn’t been there… meeting ran late, traffic was a joke or the game went into overtime. Unless you’ve got the Rockefeller’s budget, you can’t eat out every night – plus it’s just not nearly as healthy as eating at home.

But who wants to spend an hour and a half in the kitchen when you’re already getting home late? Not this girl, that’s for sure.  We turned to some friends for inspiration and if you’re looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes, we think these recipes will make for some really happy campers!!
