Vikki Spencer Discusses Mom Anger
If you’re a mom (or a dad!!) at some point it has happened to you – mom anger and you know what? That’s okay!! The Mom Whisperer, Vikki Spencer joins us to discuss ways to recognize your anger… when it happens, how to avoid and what to do if you’re in the throes of it!
Who is the Mom Whisperer?
Vikki says: “When our son was 5, I went to back to work part time as an on-air radio co-host for a local Christian radio station. But that same month, my boy began having symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder and eventually Tourette’s tics. While I tried to hold on to my job, it became overwhelming to advocate for him and wake up at 4:30am to go to work. So, I quit.
It ultimately meant a shift from days traveling to a variety of health care professionals, nutrition changes, blood work, supplements, and homeschooling. And within a year and a half, he went back to school full-time, with only minor symptoms.
Then I became a life coach. And saved “The Mom Whisperer”.com because I wanted there to be person in the world who could help moms discover their own way of mothering without losing their minds or their children’s respect. For moms to stop controlling, playing small and instead discover their very beautiful souls and share them with their family who so needed this leadership of love, confidence, and worth.”
